These terms govern your use of The Daily Dispatch, the services and content offered by Roman Tesliuk (the "Owner", "we", "us") to its users. By downloading, installing, and using The Daily Dispatch (the "Application") you (the "User") accept these Terms of Service. The Owner may modify these Terms at any time; changes affect future use only. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Application. Last updated: August 3, 2026.
The Daily Dispatch is licensed to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. By using the Application, you agree to the Apple Standard EULA in addition to these Terms.
The Daily Dispatch is free to download, and every new account starts with 500 free tokens. Tokens are the credits used to generate your briefing editions. Once your free tokens are used up, you can keep generating editions by subscribing to a monthly plan or buying a one-time top-up.
Monthly subscriptions:
One-time top-ups (a single purchase that does not renew):
Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region and change over time. The current price is always shown in the App Store before you confirm a purchase.
When you buy a monthly subscription:
How tokens work. Your tokens do not expire. Each month, your new subscription tokens are added to whatever you already have, so anything left over carries into the next month, and anything left when a subscription ends stays yours to use. Top-ups work the same way and stay in your balance until you use them. Your first edition for each new briefing is always free and does not use any tokens.
Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through Apple, and deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms (see the “Refund Decisions & Consumption Data” section below). Your use of the Application also remains subject to the Apple Standard EULA referenced above.
When you request a refund for a purchase made via Apple's App Store, Apple may ask us for information about how you used the purchased content to help decide whether to grant the refund. By using The Daily Dispatch, you consent to us sharing the following with Apple as part of that decision:
We only share this data when Apple specifically requests it as part of a refund-decisioning notification, and only in relation to the purchase you are requesting a refund for. We do not share this data with anyone else. Apple's full refund policy is governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
If you do not consent to this sharing, please contact us before requesting a refund and we will respond to Apple's request without providing consumption data. Please note that doing so may affect how Apple decides your refund.
The Owner holds and reserves all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its software, design, branding, and AI-generated outputs. Users may not use such content in any way that is not necessary or implicit in the proper use of the service.
In particular, Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, modify, translate, transform, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, edit, transfer or assign to third parties, or create derivative works from the content available on this Application, nor allow any third party to do so.
When you create an Edition, you provide topic descriptions, keywords, account handles, and similar input ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content. By submitting it, you grant the Owner a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the service for you (including sending it to AI and search providers as described in the Privacy Policy). You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
Briefings are generated by AI (Google Gemini) from publicly available sources. The Owner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content delivered through the Application. AI-generated summaries may contain hallucinations, factual errors, outdated information, misattribution, or misleading interpretations.
Do not rely on briefings for financial, medical, legal, professional, or safety-critical decisions. Always verify important information from primary sources before acting on it. The Daily Dispatch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party sources referenced in your briefings.
You agree to use the Application for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Application or its backend services. You may not abuse the service by generating excessive automated requests, scraping, or interfering with normal operation. You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates applicable laws.
The Daily Dispatch is currently in a beta period. Features, performance, and pricing may change without notice. By signing up, you may occasionally receive product updates and feedback requests from the Owner. You can opt out of these communications at any time by contacting roman@pixelwrld.co.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes all briefings, issues, device tokens, feedback, and your user profile (see the Privacy Policy for retention details).
The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including without limitation accounts engaged in abuse, harassment, illegal activity, or attempts to compromise the service.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from any paid contract concluded online, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (e.g., German Fernabsatzgesetz / §§ 355 ff. BGB).
For digital content delivered immediately upon download or use, this right of withdrawal expires once the service has begun, provided that you have given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right. By starting to use the Application, you give such consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
For users resident in Germany or the EU/EEA: nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for damages arising from intent (Vorsatz), gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), injury to life, body, or health, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection law (including § 309 BGB and the German Product Liability Act).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms is Berlin, Germany, provided that, for users who are consumers, this choice of jurisdiction does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation).
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
The Owner may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Application after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account.
For questions about these Terms, contact roman@pixelwrld.co. Our full contact details are listed in the Imprint.
