Briefings are generated by AI from publicly available sources. The Owner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content delivered through the Application. The Daily Dispatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sources referenced in your briefings.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Application for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Application or its backend services. You may not abuse the service by generating excessive automated requests or interfering with the normal operation of the Application.
Beta Period and User Communications
During The Daily Dispatch's beta period, by using the Application, you agree to occasionally receive product updates and requests for feedback to help improve the Service. I promise to keep these communications light and helpful — you can expect to hear from me at most a couple of times per month with genuine updates about new features or brief requests for your thoughts on the app experience. You can opt out of these beta communications at any time by contacting me.
